this includes the previouse patch, as well as similar changes int he jQuery UI wrappers. jQuery UI wrappers are all fully regenerated based on the current docs (no significant changes - only docs)

About to check this in with small improvements:
- Fixed issue with buttons in the dialog box control (simple typo in QDialogBoxBase)
- Improved wording in the jQuery examples
- Slight cleanup of the formatting of the javascript code in the jQuery examples to simplify reading it (it is quite complex)

The rest is identical to the v2 patch. Thanks, Vakopian!
