Error Installing plugin with fresh installation from trunk

Description

After checkout a fresh installation of Qcubed 1.1 trunk I get and error in QFileAssetBox.

This control require jquery but this library is not included, attached in this ticket could you find an small patch to resolved this issue.

Weird, I didn't think we had started re-writing existing controls to use jQuery.
Anyhow, please ensure this will run in noConflict mode. (Or we'll have to re-do it for #297.)

I do not believe the plugin installer requires jquery in any way. I just did a fresh install, and no, this wasn't necessary to make the plugin manager not work. Enzo, please explain what you were doing.
