Examples: Specify that Plugins are Qcubed 1.1 only

In sections 14 & 15 of the examples site, add a prominent disclaimer that plugins are available only in Qcubed 1.1, not 1.0.

Background:

Qcubed is readily accessible to PHP/MySQL developers who don't have experience with Trac or SVN -- after downloading 1.0, creating the database, following the examples, a great picture emerges of Qcubed's potential.

That ends abruptly the first time the developer tries to use one of the plugins in section 15.

If there are other features in the Examples site that require 1.1, it would make sense to mention that on those pages, also.

Actually, the examples site (as hosted on examples.qcu.be) is a hosted installation of 1.1, not 1.0. 1.0 examples don't include any mentions of the plugins.

That said, it may be necessary to include a prominent note on the examples.qcu.be site that clearly states that all examples mentioned here work for 1.1 only.

This is more general than just examples, and includes documentation. There's also already a ticket for this, though I think it needs more attention.
